Ryan Eikenbary-Barber first served Bethlehem Covenant Church as the associate pastor from 1997-2003. He then spent six years as the founding pastor of Anchor Covenant Church in Lake Geneva, Wisconsin. In 2009 Ryan returned to Minneapolis to serve as the senior pastor of Bethlehem Covenant Church.

Ryan graduated from North Park College in 1994 and earned his Master of Divinity degree at North Park Theological Seminary in 1997. He is currently enrolled in the Doctor of Ministry program in Congregational Mission and Leadership at Luther Seminary.

Ryan and his wife Amy have three children. The Eikenbary-Barbers live in the Longfellow Neighborhood and enjoy hiking along the Mississippi River, eating pastries at Turtle Bread and watching movies at the Riverview Theater.
