Job Description: A/V Tech Associate
Part-Time: 10 hours/week (with opportunity for increase)
Bethlehem Covenant Church, located in South Minneapolis, is seeking to love God and love neighbors. We are looking for a Tech Associate who possesses a passion to learn, use, and develop tech for worship services and other building events. In collaboration with the other tech associate, this position will provide the relational skills necessary for raising up a tech ministry volunteer team. This position will work closely with the current tech associate, tech volunteers, the Worship Planning Team, and will report to the Lead Pastor.

What You Bring
● Basic working knowledge of computers, ipads, wired and wifi networks
● Audio: Knowledge operating & programing soundboards, audio mixing, wireless mic technology
● Visual: Knowledge of ProPresenter, PowerPoint, Canva, and related software & hardware (screens, projectors, etc)
● Camera/Livestream: Growing knowledge of camera/livestream production hardware & software (currently, BCC uses Switcher Studio)
Primary Responsibilities
● Tech set up & operation for worship rehearsals, Sunday services, funerals, weddings, and other events
● Recruit and train tech volunteers
● Prepare slides/visual media for Sunday service (worship slides, sermon slides, announcements slides, special videos)
● Attend regular worship planning meetings
● Provide feedback for online worship experience
Physical Requirements
● Ability to climb steps multiple times a day
● Must have good hearing and eyesight
● Must be able to lift at least 50 pounds
